About the event
A poetry writing and ambling workshop in Dunster Deer Park responding to place and space through words.
This gentle walk will involve word harvesting from the park to create site specific poems responding to place and season. Poems will then be tagged to location via dunster.poetrypin.info on the day, providing a unique trail of published poems linked to place and ripe for others to discover in the future.
Allow the day, pack a lunch, a charged smart phone (not totally essential) bring something to sit on and your favourite composing pencil.
The walk is not a hike, it is an amble in the deer park with time to write. The park is hilly and we will be wandering all over so good shoes are essential, as are trousers as there are ticks in the bracken.
